HITPH Agency - Booking Terms and Conditions:
Unless and until the booking confirmation form, containing the specific details of the booking, is signed by the client and returned to the Agency, all negotiations relating to the booking of the talent are strictly subject to contract.
Any amendment and/or variations made to the booking confirmation form by the client shall not be valid and binding unless the Agency has agreed to such amendment and/or variation in advance and confirmed such agreement by an authorised representative of the Agency signing the booking confirmation form after the amendment and/or variation has been included on the booking confirmation form.
PAYMENT
Client shall pay the full amount (100%) after project completion (pay after)
Upon the failure of client to pay in full any installment due hereunder within five days of the due date for such installment, a late payment penalty of (3) three percent of the contract price shall immediately be charged to client and client shall pay the Late Payment Amount to HIT PH within ten days of the original due date of such installment.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the client, the client is liable to pay the FULL payment of the agreed amount stated in this contract. During the effectivity of this Agreement, the Client agrees not to disclose any information, such as but not limited to proprietary information, customer information acquired during the effectivity of this agreement and shall treat the information as confidential. Unless a prior written consent was given by HIT PH to disclose such confidential information, the client shall not disclose confidential information to any third party. Client acknowledges and confirms that all terms in this agreement must remain confidential.
Important Note
All official communications / coordination should be done and coursed through the official HIT PH representative only and that the CLIENT must not directly communicate with the TALENT without explicit consent from the HIT representative except as may be legally required by competent authority or applicable statues, the parties hereto shall not make any unauthorized
disclosures of the terms and conditions embodied in this contract.
